Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited for organizations with a lot of documentation or reports that are final and are part of core company knowledge. We save hundreds of thousands of dollars on research, or more, by not having to redo studies that can't be found with a folder-structure like a shared drive. Not great for collaboration on living documents (not a workflow manager).
