Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization is an intuitive system to use

We use Bloomreach - The Agentic Platform for Personalization as one of our central customer data platforms and our primary email delivery provider. Our CRM team use it to design and automate multi-market journeys — from welcome and reactivation flows to transactional and advocacy campaigns. We use behavioural and transactional data to segment and personalise content, test performance and optimise customer engagement.
Overall, Bloomreach allows us to deliver cohesive, insight-driven communications at scale.

Although we don’t currently use Bloomreach’s Loomi or AI-powered analytics features so much, the platform’s automation and data capabilities do in fact support many of the same goals. Through Bloomreach we unify customer and product data, automate CRM workflows and personalise our communication at scale. We use data segmentation and behaviour based triggers to tailor customer journeys such as abandoned quote, abandoned browse, post purchase follow up and attempts at reactivation.
Bloomreach's reporting allow us to monitor engagement and conversion metrics across all our markets and optimise based on these performance insights.
