Overall Satisfaction with BOARD
It is used across our organization to serve as a group reporting system. We also implemented some interfaces with other legacy systems to collect data and calculate business KPI.

- Easy to use for the end users
- Easy to integrate with other systems
- Management of the licenses is too rigid and too expensive
- Improvement to move on a SaaS base
- Positive impact, because it allowed us to eliminate a set of Excel-based reporting
- Increased the speed to get data from the different companies of the group in a standardized way
We chose BOARD because it gave the impression that it was more flexible and easy to use internally both, from a user point of view and an IT perspective. After a few weeks, people from my staff (IT) started to work hands-on with the system to try to develop reports.
