Overall Satisfaction with Bomgar Remote Support Software

We use Bomgar to provide technical support to our users worldwide. It gives us the ability to connect securely to our staff and provide remote assistance. We have also used jump points to help us connect directly to computers for remote upgrades and updates.

We liked what Bomgar was doing not only in the IT world but also for the community. Also none of the other remote solutions provided the ease of use and connectivity that we needed. Bomgar is by far the best remote help desk software that we have used and will continue using for the long term.
We mainly support pc environments but I do have a half dozen remote MacBook Airs that I provide support to as well. We are using the hosted version with 5 tech support clients. Bomgar can be used for the small office and scaled up to support very large organizations as well.

Using Bomgar Remote Support Software

5 - Remote training and IT support of all our staff. 90% of our staff travel and this product helps us stay connected to troubleshoot computer problems, transfer files and do screen sharing for presentations and collaboration. It is the best product we have used in the last 16 years I have been with the company.

Bomgar Remote Support Software Reliability

The only time I have ever been down was due to needing to update the software on our appliance. Bomgar has always been available when I need it! It's the best product I have used in the last 30 years of working in IT. I highly recommend it to anyone considering purchasing a remote support product.
