Overall Satisfaction with Bomgar Remote Support Software
I use the software to securely remote into a client's environment.
- Transferring files from one environment to another
- Ease of use
- Fast
- Sensitivity to wifi
- Turnaround on work is much faster since it is easy to connect and work
I've used a few other types of software where you can't transfer files or not very easily. You might also have to enter your password several times.
