Overall Satisfaction with Booker
Booker is being used by our organization in four different locations for Spa and Club management.
- Simple to use and easy to access.
- Easily manage multiple sites.
- A simple and easy to use Gift Certificate system.
- Need the ability to self customize reports.
- You should go over your support logs for issues that you guys cannot assist with. Prioritize these issues for development to work on.
- Better communicate to users on new features and developments.
- Better CRM functions than our previous software.
- Conversion to Booker involved a lot of manual work.
- SpaSoft, Motionsoft and FitLinxx
SpaSoft was expensive and the database needs support maintenance often, plus the SQL component of the software was outdated. We received no communications from SpaSoft on upgrades. Motionsoft was a property installed server based product that never worked for us. FitLinxx was a great product, but the technology was behind and it was not meant to operate a cluster of sites.
