Overall Satisfaction with Box
We use Box to store our work and share folders across groups. It makes it easy to provide access or share a file or make a resource available to a big group of people.
- File storage.
- File sharing using links.
- Adding notes to files.
- It is difficult to collaborate with non- box users. People largely use Dropbox or Google Drive.
- The desktop version freezes over at times and seems a bit slow in launching compared to other apps.
- The previews are a bit slow to load on apps.
- It has had no negative impact.

Box was the choice of the organization I am with. Dropbox and drive were also choices of previous work environments. Uses are different at different organizations. We are using box predominantly for file sharing. Dropbox was used for file sharing but also for them to keep track on the most updated version of our work. Google Drive and docs were used for editing work together. Box satisfies the purpose of use in our case.
