Overall Satisfaction with Box
We use Box as a file storage and file sharing system. Very useful to have all the information you need when you need it whether it is on your computer, tablet or phone. We perform a lot of work away from our computers so having access to it via tablet or phone is very helpful. We also send/share large files which makes it easy to share with a link.

- Sharing via link.
- Process of photos via Box is pretty slow.
- Accessing Box Notes on tables/phones is pretty slow.
- Access restrictions could be better, if you have access to a top tier folder then you have access to all folders below that. That can pose a problem if there are too many people with access to a top tier folder.
- File sharing has made collaborating with others outside the office very easy.
- Access to information for anyone who needs it is very easy.
