Overall Satisfaction with Braze

Braze enables us to build, QA, deploy, and analyze our email and mobile messages to our customers in an efficient and modern way. This includes effective list management, tools to drive strong engagement, access to key reporting, increased deliverability, dynamic content, automation, A/B testing of subject lines and content, segmentation, and much more.

Pros

  • Large amount of available tool documentation
  • Helpful client success team
  • Easy to navigate

Cons

  • Ability to send multiple test from an email campaign through the preview and test page
  • Visibility into records as they are being posted (queue status, order in line, ETA)
The platform is straightforward and easy to learn. Navigation is smooth and makes sense layout wise.
  • Cheetah Digital Customer Engagement Suite (discontinued)
Their platform was a bit more clunky at times in comparison. We also had more of a dependency on their day to day platform team to complete tasks related to campaign setup and audience assignment.

We are just over a year of being live after our migration so still ramping up in many ways. Migration was a success due to the technical customer support team with Braze. They answered all of our questions and ensured thing went smoothly and on time.
