Overall Satisfaction with Braze

We use Braze to send in-app messages and push notifications. This is for our main brand (1-800 Flowers) as well as our loyalty brand known as celebrations. Each have a dedicated mobile app. We use in app messages to reinforce special sales or discounts that we are offering, and segment the messaging based on loyalty level of our customers.

Good usability, but better testing tools are needed. Would like the ability to send a push notification test or an in app test to a user based just on email address instead of a complex braze ID which often times is not accessible or simply shows up as "user not found" when I know for a fact I have an active account.
We use Braze to enhance our company's cross-channel functionality, allowing us to retarget and recapture customers who may have left the funnel at other points. We also like the segmentation ability that Braze offers, allowing us to target customers in a targeted and granular way. Easy to set up and deploy.
Attentive and Salesforce are both more user friendly in our opinion, being easier to set up campaigns and review analytics after the campaign deploys successfully a few days later. We use Braze because it is our best option right now to integrate with our mobile apps for sending push notifications and in app messages.

I would reccomend the Braze platform to other companies who have a large customer base that they want to reach. It is good for sending out differently timed messages to users in different time zones, or even for sending out intelligently timed messages when a user is most likely to engage.
