Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Braze addresses our cross-channel marketing needs and comms journey orchestration. We use Braze to help us reach our customers on their preferred channel at their preferred time. We're also able to run fairly robust in-app campaigns and competitions using their in-app messaging platform. Nearly everything can be actioned in real-time based on user actions, which is always a plus.

Usability

Braze's UI is very intuitive and they have a great library of documentation should you ever need to dive into a particular feature. Our customer success team is also always available and respond to any questions we have same day, most often within an hour or two.

Customer support is fantastic and the Braze team regularly provides quarterly business reviews, product roadmaps, and early access to beta programs with well thought out use cases for our specific industry.

The Braze team is obviously passionate about their product offering, but given the specifics of our composable martech stack, just because something can be done out of Braze doesn't always mean it should be (in our specific circumstance). So there can be challenges at times helping the team understand why we'd prefer to lean on a feature from another platform.
