Overall Satisfaction with Braze

I use Braze for email marketing. This is our ESP system for just emailing right now, and we don’t do SMS yet, but that is in the books for the future. We use our API call to transfer users into our database, who are then entered into our canvases and campaigns based on our filter criteria.

  • Descriptions next to each feature.
  • Higher conversion rates.
  • Really easy for everyone on team to use.
I think it’s very easy to use, and there are pages explaining everything in detail. However, I think there should be more description within the platform itself to expand my tool usage.
We use Braze for email marketing, and so far, so good. We had deliverability issues and had to get an outside vendor to help because we don’t believe the Braze Deliverability team did a great job on this. So this is an improvement.
Cordial was not an intuitive platform like Braze is. We love Braze’s drag-and-drop feature when building emails, and it’s very quick and easy to use. I’ve had very little problems with this feature.

Great for email. I only use it for email, so I don’t know a scenario where it is not well suited.
