Overall Satisfaction with Braze

We use Braze to automate email sends and to integrate with our list of interested subscribed users. We also have integrated the SDK to our iOS and android apps so that we can track our users better. We are focused on investing and tracking trades across different portfolios and segmenting users based on interest and net worth.

Braze is extremely user-friendly and if for some reason you aren’t sure about how to use a feature, there are many resources that will guide you through and available contacts at braze or through a consultancy. Another important aspect is the fact that you can message your users through many different channels seamlessly which is not common for a customer engagement platform.
We haven’t been using AI features a lot yet but I think what braze offers which helps to streamline our processes is the fact that you can see analytics for things like push notifications all in one easy to use dashboard, and you can automate the reports out to an email address

I think that Braze is well suited for a growing company that has a decent amount of customers and websites and apps. I don’t think if you were going to just be sending to an email list that braze is the best solution to your problem, but maybe if there was an exponential amount of growth and you needed advanced capabilities in the future.
