Great Value For Money | Perfect for Marketing Automation
Overall Satisfaction with Brevo
Brevo has helped me send marketing emails, re-engage/target my users, send campaigns, transaction emails, and more. I have been able to integrate it with WordPress using APIs and robust SMTP tools. This allows effortless sending of campaigns and user-specific emails will high delivery rate. Besides, the analytics and the data-driven insights are industry leading. Having been a past user of tools like SendPulse, sendgrid, I can say with confidence that this is a really great tool with a quite reasonable value for money. The customer support is class leading, even on email they usually reply within an hour and most of their documentation and help pages are very helpful. After rebranding from SendInBlue to Brevo it has been going from strength to strength.
Pros
- SMTP to connect with WordPress and various other 3rd party tools
- Marketing Automation to send campaigns based on certain triggers
- High Deliverability through proper blocklisting of spam emails and DNS optimisations.
Cons
- The pay-as-you-go plans can be improved significantly.
- On mobile website, the UI often stutters and lags, can be optimised for performance.
- Email notifications on various account activities can be better reported.
- Its not the cheapest, but is the best value for money
- Insights like demographics and time of day help better understand user behavior
- Deliverability improvements ensure my emails never go to user's spam.
Brevo gives me the perfect balance of bang and the buck. Its really powerful, but it is good on cost. MailChimp was too costly for me, and tools like SendPulse were cheap but lacked the analytics and reports that I desire. sendgrid was decent but often had reliability issues and I never liked there customer support (personal experience)
