Overall Satisfaction with Brevo

I recommend and configure Brevo for multiple entrepreneurs, as their main crm to help them start organizing their clients, opportunities and build campaigns. Their free plan is key to their usage adoption, and the ease of use is one of the reasons it is my top choice for these cases.

I selected Brevo for specific use cases involving entrepeneurs, the user experience is particularly easy to use and requires less training than the tools I mentioned above. It sufficiently meets their needs, which include but are not limited to: contact and pipeline organization, email campaigns, WhatsApp campaigns.

It is especially great for solopreneurs or entrepeneurs who have not had any previous contact with similar tools. Their learning curve from sheets/excel to a more robust tool either Brevo is quite low.

For enterprise-grade companies I have used tools that dive deeper into more complex structures and automations.
