Overall Satisfaction with Brightmine

Brightmine has been a great resource for staying current on HR compliance areas in real time. It has been fantastic to have this data at my fingertips when working with a multi-state population. As my on demand as issues have increased, Brightmine has been invaluable to-go for quick data to make informed decisions.

We currently use the HR & Compliance Center. Having used a different site before, the change to Brightmine has been beneficial as their site is robust and easy to navigate. Just in this product alone, I have been impressed by the depth of the information available and would highly recommend it to other HR professionals.
Brightmine is a great tool to access current compliance information in on-demand needs. This tool has saved me time when researching issues or developing new policies. Have a trusted tool has made me more confident in my decision making and ability to address issues quickly and mitigate risk.
I have do not recall any interaction with the Brightmine customer success team at this time. Without any actions to date, I am not able to speak to the impact. I look forward to any future interactions with the Brightmine customer success team in the future as well as understanding more on now to leverage this resource.
Having used both Mineral and Brightmine, overall I think they are comparable tools. Brightmine has stood out as being an easy to use platform. I also appreciate that when searching for information, on the Brightmine site, there are suggestions links/additional links presented which helps me to truly find more information on the topic I am looking for - I find that very proactive.

When troubleshooting and needing state specific compliance, I have been able to quickly access and validate data to make informed decisions. For example, when working with a multi-state population of employees, I have repeatedly used Brightmine to review state specific laws at employment separations. When working on employee handbook updates, I have been able to utilize Brightmine to review current policy requirements as well as use as a starting point for drafting policy updates. It has been a very great tool - very turnkey.
