Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

Sorry I wasn't involved in the implementation. It was already live and being used when I joined.
We always get good support when we raise any issues or log any outages. An area for improvement would be increased/more regular communication whilst its being fixed.
Brightpearl is used by sales, marketing, operations (including help desk), engineering and finance.
