Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

It was very simple and easy we just exported to an Excel file and then loaded that Excel file to the site and lined up each column with where I needed that data to be uploaded. The support over the time was great and I was able to ask very silly questions without any problems.
As I have said we have not needed a lot of help as it is very easy to use and so the only real support we have required is when we started using Brightpearl to import the customer details in the correct areas from the Excel format we had.
Brightpearl is used as part of our accounting, as well as managing our customer details both for the organisation and for the contacts we have within that organisation. We started to use it over the last year to oversee yearly maintenance for our customers which means they have a different pricing scale to other contacts.

It is by far the best software we looked at for both customer management as well as accounting and invoicing with repeat products and different pieces for those products. We are also able to get to all of this on site and send a email out to a customer on site.
The link between organisation and contacts within that organisation is a very defining part of Brightpearl and sets it apart from other options. Its simple interface means that with a little accounting knowledge you can get up and running very quickly. Overall it looks nicer than Sage, which is what we used before.

Using Brightpearl

Could be easier to use on smaller screens like iPads and iPhones. The layout is odd, the PC and browser passed part is [easy to] find and very nice layout, would like them to bring out an iPhone app and they would also need Android one but as a company we wouldn't use it as we only use iOS.
