How Brightpearl improved our comapny for the better

Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

We had a few training sessions to get to grasps with brightpearl before it was initially launched and it is just like riding a bike, the more you use it the easier and more you know what to do with the software. We have recently had to train some new staff members and people who aren't the best with PCs, and they have found it easy to use.
We currently have 10 memebers of staff here and have 5 Brightpearl accounts. We use brightpearl in every aspect of the business, e.g. accounting, stock management, product types and fulfilling of orders.
  • Brightpearl is great at tracking stock
  • brightpearl is very good at keeping an eye on creditors and debtors
  • Brightpearl is very useful when its comes to importing orders to our courier
  • One main issue we have with brightpearl is being unable to not fulfill items.
  • Another issue is being unable to not receive stock. Human errors are inevitable.
  • Growth in profit
  • Growth in customers
  • Growth in Employees to meet the demands
  • Growth in orders
Without the implementation of brightpearl our company wouldn't have been able to grow the way we have. It's so easy with a click of a button to check stock and check who your creditors or debitors are.
