Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl
We use Brightpearl for inventory management, order processing and management, and as a system of record for accounting. We use it across operations, customer experience, and business operations.
Pros
- Ease of batch processing. Previously using other vendors, BP has made it easier for us to manage a higher order volume.
- Simplification of order management. CEx constantly has requests to change orders, check order status, etc. BP has made that much easier.
- Offers a great view of inventory across all channels. Can easily find what is where, which is crucial for an omni-channel brand.
Cons
- Connection to other vendors. We frequently have to manually push in orders and figure out why things are not speaking across the systems.
- Credits. Manually processing credits can be a bear when doing returns. Would love for this to be more automated!
- Support. We feel as though it takes a while for BP to answer our questions, which is not ideal for an ecommerce brand.
- As I was not involved pre-implementation, I cannot speak to this well.
