Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

We switched from Quickbooks to Brightpearl with ease. The Brightpearl team properly trained us on their software and converted our products and data within a week. The software is very intuitive and is easily picked up with some practice. It was much easier to learn how to use Brightpearl vs. Quickbooks.
We love the support team at Brightpearl, an maybe rely on them too much with some questions. They are always very quick to respond to our requests and always have an answer for us. They can be contacted by phone or via ticket submission, which can also be beneficial for after business hours. Overall, the support team does great.
Great Product for Bookkeeping Inventory Management Across All Channels

My company integrated with Brightpearl a few years ago and we have not looked back! The ability for this software to track orders/backorders, inventory, customers, and anything else you may need is great. Brightpearl saves us the work of at least one or more employees. We have products on eBay, Amazon,, our website, and other channels. Brightpearl is integral for us managing inventory on all channels and updating them in real time. Instead of waiting an hour for an order to be processed internally, Brightpearl automatically allocates stock to an order and keeps track of our accounting. This product is a complete ERP system. The only suggestion for improvement would be to simplify the messaging and note taking area to improve the use for our Customer Support staff. Other than this area, Brightpearl has proven us to be a vital commodity for our company's success.

  • Ability to not need a full time bookkeeper on staff.
  • Automatic order fulfillment and shipping processes to increase operational efficiency.
  • Some downtime during peak hours has led to delays in the past, but that is to be expected here and there.
We chose Brightpearl over pricier alternatives such as Channel Advisory due to its similar functionality at a fraction of the monthly cost. Other applications such as Quickbooks were passed because they are not as intuitive as brightpearl and is not as flexible with inventory management and connection to all sales channels.
Brightpearl is great software for small businesses that are looking to save time and money on accountants and bookkeepers. If you do not have a lot of accounting experience, Brightpearl is much easier than Quickbooks at understanding your finances. This solution may not be cost effective for larger companies with internet deficient employees. As time moves forward, more companies will gain internet efficiency, and software such as Brightpearl will be more adapted.
