Overall Satisfaction with Brightpearl

I was very happy with the implementation since it was really easy to figure. The challenge has been teaching our group to make sure to update brightpearl when we are shipping out product. Since we came from a manual environment this has been a challenge in keeping inventory correct but we are training.
brightpearl has been really supportive on any issues we have or questions our new employees have come up with. We are utilizing brightpearl across all of our departments. We aren't currently using the accounting function but we may make this change very soon so we can use one system for everything.
Brightpearl has been great for our small start up company since it is so flexible which is important to a start up. When we are trying to figure out our customers and as we onboard new ones it helps to be able to customize to each customer's requirements. Brightpearl is also very user friendly and the reporting functions are very important as well.

We have mostly used QuickBooks which was a lot different as far as the user experience in brightpearl. We are much more satisfied with the options brightpearl offers over QuickBooks and we look forward to future upgrades and uses with in our company. But so far everything we have used has been great for us.
brightpearl has been a great tool for reporting uses and also customizing invoices for international shipments for a number of our customers. It has been really easy to train new users on the different modules on brightpearl and we look forward to utilizing it in the future with our new products.
