Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
I had more than a few things I was trying to figure out as I was new to the office and Broadvoice became part of my job. I was trying to set-up phones, as well as voicemails. We had phones that were no longer in use and turned off, I couldn't figure out how to turn them back on again. Everything seemed to work, but it still said offline. Additionally, there were phones that should not have had voicemail attached but there were messages for those phones.
- In my opinion, customer service goes above and beyond.
- I think they are very knowledgeable about their products.
- Very friendly and kind service.
- Have an area where if someone leaves the company you can temporarily turn off their phone.
- In my experience, the process of turning on a phone is cumbersome, having to get the IP and other information.
- I think the website could be more user friendly. Maybe have an area where the phone information for each phone can be stored.
- We can count on our phone service at all times, we do not miss calls, or drop calls.
- We do not miss messages, Broadvoice not only has the blinking light on your phone, but it also emails you the entire voicemail. In either situation, it is very easy to forward the information to the correct person when left on the general voicemail box.
