Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

I use the application to receive calls from patients, who want to apply for Medicaid and marketplace applications. I would like to know how to see the report for all calls coming in and out.

  • Patients can't send images of documents, like pay stubs, etc.
  • Since I go to different clinics. and I don't have a permanent phone, Broadvoice has become essential to my job.

Broadvoice is a very good platform. One problem I've run into is patients can't send me images of documents. For example, I help people to apply for Medicaid and Medicare. Sometimes patients need to send me documents, like pay stubs, birth certificates, etc. It will be nice to be able to receive documents using Broadvoice.
