Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

Our employees use B-hive on personal phones. As a Church, the system works well. There are some struggles with the app as our outreach team has some very specific needs, but over all the system has been easy to adapt to. Onboarding customer service was incredible. Our assigned support team was efficient and competent.

For normal business situations Broadvoice is a great solution. The quality of the calls is excellent. The capabilities of the Broadvoice product are strong. As a church, where outreach and service to those on the fringes of our population, the app use by our outreach staff could use a few more features.
