Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
This product is used solely as our source for communication within and out of the practice. My office uses Broadvoice to communicate to each other in our individual offices, through the app, and when patients or outisders call in to the office.
- Having the ability to change settings and greeting to meet the hourly needs of the clinic
- The app is great asset to have for emergency purposes
- The ease of working the actual phone
- I would say having the ability to call customer service from the actual device.
- The music selection. Believe it or not patients do not like listening to bad music while on hold.
- The app that is able to use anywhere
- Billing Statements being sent to the correct place after numerous emails
- The ease of contacting the correct person to meet your immediate needs
- Customer service is pleasant and always so knowledgeable
