Broadvoice - a great option for small businesses with multiple locations
Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We utilize Broadvoice as our VOIP service provider for both of our office locations in O'Fallon (MO) and Kansas City (KS). We switched to Broadvoice service to correct the spotty service that we experienced with our prior service provider. The scope of our use case includes all local, toll-free, and fax numbers that are used at our office locations and our internal phone network.
Pros
- Smooth and easy implementation/changeover process from our old service provider
- Knowledgable and extremely helpful staff on our implementation team
- User/Admin web portals are great and offer us much more flexibility than we previously had
- Excellent call quality and none of the service issues we had been experiencing are present
- Quality of voice service
- Self-managed network settings
- Mobile application for remote working
- Responsive and knowledgeable implementation/transition team
Our previous VOIP service providers were Avid Communications and Starion Technologies. Broadvoice to date has offered us the most flexible platform and allows us to self-manage nearly all aspects of our phone service without having to reach out to a customer support team. Broadvoice had an attractive price point for the level of service we receive and has been super-responsive in getting back to us with any issues/questions we have run into.
