We have had a great experience with this system
Pros
- Sends all voicemails to email messages
- Rolls seamlessly to our cell phones
- Allows us to call back through the system while we are out of the office.
Cons
- When you have a problem, you do have to wait on hold for service for quite a while
- Voicemail going to email
- Seamlessly transfers calls to our cell phones when we are out of the office
- It takes no time to manage. It is just there doing its job
