Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We discovered that information was not being shared across departments, and we had to contact the same employee multiple times for the same information. We required a central location from which we could all access those text messages. We have rotating assistants and interns on different days of the week, and bhive allows communication to flow and allows us to pick up where the previous person left off.
Pros
- Mobile app for incoming calls and messages so that you're not tied to the desk at the office
- Allows your main work number to have text messages as well
- improves communication within the team
Cons
- Many portals for different programs and it's difficult to find where to login if you do not have the portal bookmarked
- It would be great if broadvoice was integrated with our applicant tracking system, Bullhorn so that we do not need to have a second provider to text from our platform.
