Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
We have been using metered SIP trunks since the company opened in 2006. We had a recent unfavorable experience with a SIP trunk provider concerning account security and sought a replacement. Broadvoice competed impressively on price. The acoustical quality of the trunks, based on an informal survey of our users, is better than our previous vendor. Technical support has been extremely responsive and helpful; switching to Broadvoice required a few parameter adjustments in our PBX, but, with their support, issues were resolved very rapidly. Uptime, so far, has been 100%. I really cannot suggest any areas for improvement.
