Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

Broadvoice is the communications provider to the district for both dial tone and hardware. Our system utilizing VOiP and is completely cloud hosted. Throughout the community, we have 5 locations and 11 buildings which are interconnected through fiber. The Broadvoice system is easy to use, update through B-hive and their customer service has been exceptional.

Pros

  • Updating extensions
  • Provisioning new devices
  • Support Services

Cons

  • When updating a Name to extension, the process has to be done in a few places. If this can be done in one place, it would make it seamless.
  • Four digit dialing across campus.
  • Voicemail system and emailing of voice messages
  • Use of add-on features such as a headset
  • Saved the district a large capitol outlay for purchasing a phone system.
  • Time management savings.
  • Adds, moves and changes completed in a timely manor.

I have used the Broadvoice customer support several times in the past three months. Three out of four calls resulted in the issue being resolved within fifteen minutes of the call. One call required elevated support, however the issue was resolved the same day.
