Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

Great training for the product! The portal and phones make handling call flow a breeze.

Pros

  • fast onboarding
  • great customer service
  • superb training

Cons

  • Better communication of the onboarding process.
  • ability to for VM to be emailed to multiple parties.
  • It has been great to immediately see when client's leave a message while we are out of the office.
