Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
I use it to answer and route phone calls. It helped me remove my cell phone from websites and other areas to limit the amounts of calls coming as I transitioned from a startup/smaller sized business to a medium-small business.

- Would prefer to have an account manager vs. being dumped off to customer service/800 number
