Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Broadvoice when working from home and need to call customers. I also use it at work when I need to text customers but do not want to give away my personal phone number. Broadvoice helps me to control my privacy while being able to log on and log off of work calls when needed.

Alternatives Considered

I have not checked other similar products than Broadvoice. I liked Broadvoice's price and functions and stuck with them. Customer service has been fantastic as well so I do not see a need to compare. The training when signing up was amazing. We will continue to use Broadvoice even if another "deal" comes along.

Broadvoice is well suited when working from home. It is also useful when customers want a text reminder but you don't want them to have your personal phone number. The only improvement in texting that I would like to see is the ability to send and receive photos. Also, being able to log off when you do not want to receive work calls is especially useful.
