Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Broadvoice is convenient in the sense that it has a mobile app so we can utilize it if working remotely or landlines in the office are down.

Pros and Cons

Easily accessible

The ability to transfer from mobile to land/office phone would be unique
On the app there is a space for chats/text messages but its not useable

Return on Investment

When the network was down in the office - having broadvoice allowed our office to still continue our lead and business calls, which was amazing and very beneficial.
