Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

Broadvoice is convenient in the sense that it has a mobile app so we can utilize it if working remotely or landlines in the office are down.

Pros

  • Easily accessible

Cons

  • The ability to transfer from mobile to land/office phone would be unique
  • On the app there is a space for chats/text messages but its not useable
  • When the network was down in the office - having broadvoice allowed our office to still continue our lead and business calls, which was amazing and very beneficial.

Overall it is a convenient resource and tool for our office phone needs.

At times we've had some technical issues, but for the most part, it serves my community well.
