Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
Our non-profit organization replaced our ancient phone service with Broadvoice --- our new cloud-based system!
Pros
- Easy Voice Greeting Setup
- User Friendly
- Multiple Options for more efficiency
Cons
- Phone History could be easier to access on the display instead of having to press other buttons to get there...
- Buttons could be a different color other than the base color being BLACk - i work for an org for the legally BLIND and the numbers are too hard to see/read...
- We just installed the system - don't have ROI numbers at this time...
Recommended by our IT company...I was not involved in the selection process.
