Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We swapped over to Broadvoice from century link in order to go to a voip solution. We have been very happy ever since, saving loads of money and having great service. Broadvoice has been there with their great customer service, overall support and reliability. We have not had any outage issues, no disconnects or any negative experiences with Broadvoice to this day and we have been with them for about 2 years now. If you have the chance to go Broadvoice, DO IT!

The quality and usability is unmatched compared to what we did have. We have been using their product daily and have not experienced any outages or issues on the Broadvoice side since we have got the service. They deserve this rating due to providing uninterrupted service and great support throughout using their product.

I feel like if you are a school district environment or a corporate environment, looking to get away from POTS lines and wanting to go to a VOIP solution, you need to go Broadvoice. I am happy we made the switch and would do it all over again if I had the chance.
