Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice as our leasing office phone VOIP service. They provide us multiple desk phones throughout the office, providing great connection to our customers.

Pros

  • Customer service is excellent! One dedicated person to our team. Response is quick and efficient.
  • Billing is easy and always on time.
  • Pricing is competitive but does not break our budget.

Cons

  • Sometimes the phone equipment itself has issues.
  • They have provided excellent service for a reduced cost.
Easy simple platform. Everything is easy to navigate.

Broadvoice has been great since we switched over to them. We have always had a dedicated team member to reach out to for specific questions or issues. They have always been very quick to respond and resolve problems. We had to move out office temporarily for 5-6 months while we were doing renovations, and they helped make that transition of our phones extremely easy. Would recommend them every time!
