Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice
Our CPA firm uses Broadvoice for telephone and video conferences. Broadvoice has simplified previous issues with setting up telephone and video conferences. Remote workers have been able to use the b-hive mobile app for a seamless transfer of telephone calls made to our main office number and to keep their personal cell phone numbers private. Telephone calls made by using the b-hive mobile app show up on caller ID as coming from our main office number.

- Website is user friendly and helpful
- Video conferences are easy to set up and work very well
- Telephone conferences are easy to set up and work great
Cons
- Mobile app is good but would be nice to have the ability to put a call on speaker before the person being called answers the phone.
