Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We moved away from copper landlines and have implemented basic business VoiP phone lines through Broadvoice with flexible, easy to use, extensions and voicemail boxes. Additional perks are faxing and the ability to text our employees without having to use our personal cell numbers.

Pros

  • Their Customer Service is pleasant and very knowledgeable
  • Handsets are easy to understand and use
  • Email notifications for all voicemails
  • Customizable auto attendant

Cons

  • A Features short cut list (list all features and describe how to find each one on b-hive, what tabs etc.)
  • The dial by name has helped tremendously. Customer are not hanging up when they get the auto attendant but rather are typing in names.
  • Cost of phone service has decreased significantly.
Still getting used to the system and have yet to perfect our user interaction.

We are a small operation and the ability to customize based on our needs has been key. Some companies can overkill on pushing product features when implementing something so we appreciate the simplicity of our new set up. And if we elect to enhance it down the road, well that too is available to us.
