Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice as our communication platform. Phone, text, and fax are common features we use daily. It's also nice that they provide stats for all communication and a way to create contacts so that we can easily keep up with our clients.

Pros

  • Text messaging with clients
  • Phone is easy to use
  • Fax is quite convenient.

Cons

  • A way to block certain text like advertisements or block certain callers like robo calls.
  • Allows us to have a visual aspect of the day to day business
  • We know where we need to pick up when we come back in because of the way calls and messages are highlighted.
We selected Broadvoice because it was the best to switch from Google Voice. Broadvoice is much better as it can be accessed on any computer or phone but you can choose to turn it on or off. The landline feature is also nice.

Yes

I think they hit the mark with all up to date technology. I'm not sure that they have to send out scheduled group/individual messages but this would be a nice feature. Like reminding clients to leave reviews automatically, or to remind them to schedule a visit.
