Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice as our main phone system. We had an issue with one of the lines. It was an unfortunate challenge because our system was working perfectly but another vendor inadvertently cut a line, and we lost service.

Pros

  • The service is consistent and effective
  • The customer service is beyond reproach. 10 out of 10.

Cons

  • The integration of the old dial up network should be better understood and more cohesive in the CRM system.
  • Consistency is key to success. Our ROI is met when we have consistent communication capabilities through Broadvoice.

When I had an issue of no fault of Broadvoice but pertaining to your service, the customer service follow up was in line with only one other companies' customer service that I have complete respect for based on significant usage. That is American Express credit card service. I have explored the boundaries of their expertise and kindness and have yet to find that limit. Such is the case for Broadvoice customer service.
