Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

I have to start with how well their Customer Service is. They listen to every concern and help me understand the process with the best solution. Every question gets answered. I appreciate that since this was very new to me. Within days, I got the hang of it and highly recommended their services. I enjoy being able to text the customers. Very Handy.

Pros

Cons

  • Would like the text to auto capital and able to correct spelling
  • Caller ID would not be bad
  • Confirmations get returned faster
  • Customers won't know my personal phone number
  • I receive any pictures quickly
The ability to use it is great for a beginner, use it daily with no issues. I highly recommend it to anyone who has customers and doesn't want to share a personal cell number with them. I can't function without it. I am very impressed with their customer service, how knowledgeable they are.
We saw the reviews from other people and decided to go with Broadvoice. We had a lot of questions that got answered. They have a great service and provide great customer service. At this moment we only use a fraction of the services you provide but I'm sure in no time we will start using them.

We use text a lot now that we have Broadvoice, I can't imagine completing my daily work without it. I use it to reach out to customers, set up their appointments, any reminders, or they can send us pictures and we can see it quickly without having to wait on an email.
