We use Broadvoice in our law firm of 9 employees.
Pros
- Great customer service on any questions or technical issues.
- Good proactive communication whenever technical issues arise.
- Price point is great for a small organization.
- Technicians always answer and make sure problems are solved!
Cons
- We would like an auto-text feature on any incoming calls that the caller hung up before leaving a voice message.
- We would like to receive an email with caller info on missed calls that hung up before reaching the voicemail message. Currently, that can only be found when an admin runs a report of all incoming calls.
- There is a 20 second transfer wait on incoming calls through the auto attendant menu while the call is being transferred to another extension other than the receptionist.
- It’s been very functional and effective for a small business.
- The overall price point is very good.
