Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Broadvoice is our primary form of communication with the public. It allows us to work from nearly anywhere with the Communicator app and configure phones to work best for our day-to-day use. Its interface is easy use online to add, edit, or deactivate users; add or swap phones; and set individual preferences for voice mail, call forwarding, and phone buttons.

Pros

Keeps our team connected.
Easy to administer.
Tech support, while not often needed, is very helpful and responsive.

Cons

An onboarding resource for new users on the essentials of using the system.
Guides for users and admins for essential but less than routine tasks.

Return on Investment

The cost is reasonable and competitive with other provider solutions.

Usability

Easy to use, but some features do require a little more than I would have expected. We mitigate for that by putting notes in our operations and procedures guide for these situations.

Broadvoice is a VOIP solution that works well for our small office. It is scalable so it can grow with us. I also like that I can bring devices to it and connect them without much effort. We use Yealink devices, and they are very easy to administer.
