Overall Satisfaction with Broadvoice

We use Broadvoice for all phone service and faxing services. We also use the B-Hive app when our internet is out or we are working remotely to allow us to call out and receive calls.

Pros

  • Phone services
  • Tracking all call records
  • Tracking faxing records
  • Allowing multiple recordings for after hours and lunch hours

Cons

  • Faxing out, it fails a lot and we do not get confirmation. We have to go to Broadvoice website to see if it actually failed.
  • Phone does not update settings- I have been working with SiriusTek on this.

  • Positive- better options for automated recordings
  • positive- ease of use for business hours
  • positive- app for use when internet is out or working remotely
  • negative- faxing actually going through is not as good.
Pretty easy to use. No issues with phones. Sometimes patients have issues when selecting an extension, the system does not recognize the number they have hit. Sometimes the website and navigating the different settings is not as easy to use.
We have not used any other systems.

I feel like for businesses Broadvoice is good option but it is internet based but if you do not have good internet service the phone service will not work well.
