Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack

The BrowserStack tool is used in our company primarily to automate application tests. The "Automate" tool helps us a lot in this, thanks to which we can enable our tests not only on desktop devices but also on mobile devices and on whatever operating system we want. The second option we use is the "Live" tool, which allows us to run and test our applications on real devices without the need to buy them. BrowserStack accelerated testing and improved the quality of our products.
  • Work on real devices, not simulators
  • A multitude of operating systems and devices
  • Very easy to configure tools like: Automate
  • Possibility to stop running automated tests and queued tests from the BrowserStack panel
  • Faster updating of devices, especially macOS and Safari versions
  • Slightly more readable interface in Automate
  • Automate Tool
  • Live Tool
  • Run our software on real devices
  • 20% faster releases
  • 25% less bugs
  • 30% less testing cost
For over 2 years of using BrowserStack, it has failed us only once or twice. Back then, the servers just didn't respond. Also for such a long time working with this tool, it is a great result.
Using the BrowserStack tool, we are able to predict before releasing the app whether it will work well on new systems, and new devices, but also on older systems and devices we support. This improves our efficiency and the company's image in the eyes of investors and clients because thanks to this we release applications with as few errors as possible.

Do you think BrowserStack delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with BrowserStack's feature set?

Yes

Did BrowserStack live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of BrowserStack go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy BrowserStack again?

Yes

Honestly, I can recommend a tool like BrowserStack. Thanks to it, our QA department's work is much easier, because we do not have to buy an unknown amount of real devices, and we simply launch them via BrowserStack. This saves us time and money. One problem I've encountered is a bit late updates of systems and browser versions. It happened to us several times that a client reported a bug from a version of the browser that was not yet available on BrowserStack, which made it take us a little longer to invest the bug.
