Overall our project teams feel are releases have become more secure.

It has allowed us to test a wide range of devices with the very latest software available on the market against our software requirements. This has significantly reduced the testing time and effort for the team and allows us to use our time more effectively.

Earlier bugs and bugs in environments earlier means less cost in fixing. Since most simulators are just that, simulators, there is some degree of connectivity missing, ive had some tests pass in the simulators and fail in real devices and such incidences are really mitigated using the Browserstacks. Definitely reduced cost to fix bugs is an advantage realised

We used to test only on the latest versions of Chrome, Firefox and Edge on Windows. And for testing other devices such as Ipad, or Android, we used the Chrome DevTools built directly into the Google Chrome browser. But to be honest, they weren't 100% reliable, so something that looked good on DevTools, may not look good on the real device. BrowserStack is way more reliable and accurate.

The testing process and coverage achieved over the past few years using BrowserStack is great as it really complements our day to day tasks and really makes it easy for us to plan our test activity right from the start of sprints and easily track the work done and provide early feedback to dev team to work on any changes required so tat is less and leads to less defect leakage

Over time, as more people use mobile devices, and with a broader choice of operative systems and browsers, without BrowserStack, it would have been impossible to offer a consistent and efficient service to the public. As the concert is in a public space, our goal was, of course, to always reach the maximum number of people with minimal trouble, lowering any technical divide. BrowserStack made it very easy from the beginning to widen our reach and avoid any pitfalls.

I like to underline this, BrowserStack team has done a great job providing a one stop platform for users to perform testing for AUT which helps us identify bugs before hand and helps us go with smoother sprint releases. Secondly, it saves a lot of time and effort of manual QAs with the percent of 80% that helps manual team to focus on sprint rather than going throughout regression test cases.

There are so many combinations of devices and browsers that doing it without BrowserStack isn't really an option. You would either need to own a stupid number of phones or just not test and wait for users to report bugs. Neither of those options are great, which is why I prefer to use BrowserStack.

It has meant we can find bugs and fix them faster and reduce the risk of the users finding them. It reduces the potential QA bottleneck of limited devices to test with. We have become more professional and less adhoc in our testing since we introduced the tool where it was used at the previous organisation of a peer.

We are using BrowserStack in our local environment testing using BrowserStack local testing enabling feature. in this future we can test all our code before deployment in public url, its very use full developer can able do to one round of testing and provide the build to the testing team so issue will be fixed in dev local environment.

It helped us identify issues faster and therefore release them quicker.

It has allowed our QA team to more accurately identify bugs and issues to specific devices which has saved our development team time. They already have more than they can handle. Anything we could to offload tasks from them has made them more effective.

We have great coverage of devices and browser versions with help of browserstack

It helped a lot preventing bug in devices that we are not use to test all the time. Like samsung browser is one of the cases the BrowserStack helped to prevent send a bug to production environment.

Testing on different devices that support different OS and browsers enhances the test coverage and increases the level of confidence of client.
