In the 3 years that I have used the product I have never come across a software issues when using BrowserStack. Reports are given fairly quickly and comprehensively.

This is the area in which i believe Browser stacks could improve, With complex systems, the latency and load times can be improved. As with the exisiting application, things load a bit slower and not sure how well the data is protected, so i do not go ahead and test really complex application or sensitive information in the BrowserStacks.

I think this is the best cross-browser and cross-device testing software in the market because it has helped us improve the quality of our deliverables. Also, it has improved our productivity because we have access to all devices and browsers directly from one simple interface. It's one of the main tools we use at the agency.

The tests are fast considering the fact that they're Appium tests. I've seen tests reliably pass or fail when they're supposed to, with next to zero issues on the BrowserStack side of things. Tests launch only seconds after I kick off them off from my CLI.

I would thank to BrowserStack that they provide wide range of devices to test with so we catch the any defect, UI issues in early development of product. We also surprised by local test environment performance. It's reduce lot of development time.

I would still find a space for improvement here, as we saw few glitches in app automate with inspect and understand that it will be improve as its still in beta version. Also, there are some places where you find yourself outdated with the documentation or the framework example which is in documentation is not updated, so team has to work fix that first to be able to run the test successfully.

Pages load swiftly, and report generation is satisfactory, considering the complexity of tasks. Despite integrating it with multiple systems, including Percy and Selenium, we've observed no substantial slowdown. Overall, BrowserStack exhibits commendable performance and reliability.

Pages typically load quickly, but there is some lag time every now and then. We always seem to get lag when we're in the middle of a sprint review, but that's probably just bad luck. Overall, BrowserStack's performance is very dependable and reliable. I've never encountered a major performance issue.

the browserstack vms take some time for booting up especially the mac oriented systems, the local binary whenever updated with force loal flag tend to reset the vms, reports complete in a reasonable time. as of now i havent observed slowness of other systems. pages load in a reasonable amount of time.

The installation of our app on any BrowserStack device is fairly quick, however, when we start maneuvering around inside the app on the device performance takes a big hit compared to using the same real device on-premise with the same OS and versioning. We aren't going to stop using BrowserStack for this reason, but it does hinder our speed of testing on the BrowserStack devices.

I have given this rating because in my day to day activity i am using BrowserStack for all my work as a UI/UX and Accessibility tester. After BrowserStack came really we are able to cover more scenarios due to that most of out compatibility related issue is reduced and application is looking good in both Web and Device.

BrowserStack solved a really hard problem for us that would have cost a lot of cash and more human resources to manage. It made more sense to leverage their large catalog of devices for testing than to build out an entire device library of our own.

Overall the software works very fine and fast. I never had problem with availability - I didn't faced any downtime while I was using.

The speed of the running test is good and depends how much parallels are in use. Compered with other software like that, I consider a good speed.

I have never ever seen any issue that behaves differently when tested on a real device. Or in other words, BrowserStack behaves no different than a real device under any real time scenarios.
