Overall Satisfaction with BrowserStack
I use BrowserStack for web manual testing as well as for test automation. For the cross-browser and device compatibility testing. The BrowserStack App Live is the most widely used feature in our organization to test mobile applications. We use this to test the mobile applications manually as well as we have integrated the same in our test automation frameworks as well.
Pros
- Mobile application manual and test automation
- Web application manual and test automation
- Test Observability
Cons
- Low code no code tool
- Test management tool
- App live
- Live
- App automate
- Increased our efficiency to test mobile applications
- Increased our efficiency to test web applications
Integration of the tool in the test automation framework we faced a lot of issues and challenges there. As the programming languages change and the automation tool changes, we face the same challenge again to integrate it with our test automation framework. The other one is to set the status of the build based on the assertions.

They are serving as a good helper but still some improvements are needed. So, when it comes to network or other aspect management of the application it is lacking. Earlier, in my project there was functionality where I needed to turn off my wifi or network connection and then create a form and come online and test the data is synced and there. At that point of time, I faced a lot of challenges to achieve this through BrowserStack.
The ease of BrowserStack usage is very good compared to other tools like LambdaTest. For each application or use case BrowserStack has solutions. What I think is when It comes to integrations with test automation frameworks BrowserStack can be improved and it needs to improve. Juse because of challenges faced in integrating it with test automation frameworks testers are avoiding it for automation.
